The Country Club Plaza held it’s 76th annual Plaza Arts Fair in Kansas City, Missouri on the last weekend of September. Over 21 top restaurants scenting the entire Plaza (19 blocks) with aromas that made it hard to concentrate on the live music coming from multiple stages, the rows of art displays from the River Walk to 47th Avenue.
