Kansas City has distinguished itself again, this time for having 28th worst traffic bottleneck in the country!
I’m sure you have a spot picked out as the worst traffic bottleneck site in the Kansas City metro, but first let’s see where Forbes.com says it is and why it ranks so high. In order to impartially select the worst traffic bottlenecks in all the U.S., Forbes.com turned to the professionals. Commercial trucks rigged with GPS (global positioning system) collected the data. The GPS units installed on these big rigs fed data into the National Traffic Scorecard which is compiled by Inrix, a Microsoft spinoff that tracks traffic congestion nationwide. Read the full story »
